In order to enter, you need to go to the back via the left side of the building (see photos). I went in for a routine hygiene cleaning. I was happy to have been able to book just one day ahead via what’s app (I used Google Translate and had no issues). After confirming my appointment I was given information about where to park. Sadly, there was a man asking for money at the parking lot which I understood was not meant to be paid… he wanted €2 and made sure to make it obvious he knew I was foreign. In order to arrive at the building from said parking you need to cross a busy street with no crosswalk or sidewalk on one side. The waiting area is clean and I was offered coffee. As for my experience: The cleaning was only a two step process. They did not provide me with eye protection or a face cover while blasting my teeth with a contact-tool to remove plaque, causing my face to be covered in… debris and my own saliva?? After this, I was given a standard polish with the pink stuff, but no fluoride treatment or any other steps. It was a quick procedure with no explanation of what was being done etc. Only at the end, after the cleaning, did he ask if I smoke. The dentist spoke English and was polite and friendly enough, but I did not enjoy how much he insisted for me to see their orthodontist for Invisalign. I’m 33 years old and had been seeing a dentist routinely prior to moving here… never have I been pushed this hard to get braces. I never mentioned having any issues caused by my teeth or showed interest in getting them aligned. I stated more than 3 times that I was there only for the cleaning, yet at checkout (€75 btw) I was made an appointment for said orthodontist. I felt pressured, which was unpleasant for me. I will continue to search for another dentist for my next cleaning, as the 2 steps are below average for me.

They saw me on short notice for a cavity and were able to establish me as a patient, provide a cleaning, and checkup all on Friday evening. Very reasonably priced and excellent work. The dentist was not rushed and took his time explaining everything to me. The translator and team were kind and professional. Be sure to ask where to park before you head out.

You followed the process of my dental treatment very well and safely. Whenever we called, you found a solution in the shortest time. Also, you approached my little daughter very well and convinced her while doing dental treatment. A clinic you can go to safely.
